Abstract
This article scientifically substantiates the methodology for enhancing bio-motor qualities (strength, speed, power, endurance, agility, and coordination) in basketball players through an 8-week specialized training program. The program is grounded in progressive overload, plyometric exercises, core and strength development, proprioceptive elements, and recovery principles. Following initial assessment (countermovement jump, sprint, and agility tests), measurable improvements are achieved: vertical jump increase by 5–10 cm, sprint time reduction by 0.2–0.5 s, and agility enhancement by 5–7%. Results are analyzed based on sports physiology, biomechanics, and empirical studies, contributing to improved individual and team performance in basketball.
