Abstract

Under current conditions of global warming, the microclimate of residential spaces is deteriorating, negatively impacting human health and well-being. Increased air dryness, pollution, and stress factors create unfavorable living conditions. One effective solution is the use of indoor plants, which help humidify the air, purify dust and toxins, and have a positive effect on a person's psycho-emotional state. This article discusses the main functions of indoor plants, their impact on the microclimate and health, and provides recommendations for choosing and caring for indoor plants.
