Abstract
This article studies proper nutrition among children, their dietary intake, and important nutrition factors influencing children’s health. It also examines various health related issues, which may arise because of poor nutrition, including obesity, anemia, diabetes mellitus, childhood tuberculosis, hypovitaminosis, dysbiosis, and other deseases. Emperical data and scientific literature are used to provide an evidence based discussion on theses issues. Finally recommendations to develop healthy diet habits for children are provided.
