Abstract

This article analyzes the activities of the Institute for Legislative Analysis and Regulatory Impact Assessment under the Ministry of Justice in 2025 within the framework of the “Uzbekistan – 2030” Strategy. It highlights the implementation of regulatory impact assessment, the “regulatory guillotine” mechanism, systematization of legislation, scientific expertise, anti-corruption assessment, as well as measures aimed at simplifying the legal environment for entrepreneurship, and examines their significance in improving the quality and effectiveness of legal reforms.
