Abstract

The article analyzes modern approaches to creating sustainable community safety in mahallas, the evolution of the social prevention system, and its future prospects. Theoretical and practical aspects, legal frameworks, preventive measures, and innovative approaches are discussed. The article demonstrates effective mechanisms for strengthening safety at the mahalla level and ensuring social stability.
