Abstract

This article provides a comprehensive theoretical and legal analysis of law enforcement practice among youth. It examines the essence of law enforcement as a specific form of legal implementation characterized by its state-authoritative nature and procedural framework. Based on the analysis of scientific sources and normative legal acts, the study identifies the peculiarities of applying legal norms within the youth environment and explores the socio-legal factors influencing juvenile delinquency.

Particular attention is paid to enhancing legal awareness and legal culture among young people, improving preventive mechanisms, and strengthening cooperation between law enforcement bodies, educational institutions, and civil society organizations. The study formulates scientifically grounded conclusions and proposals aimed at increasing the effectiveness of law enforcement activities and ensuring the principle of the rule of law within the youth context.
