Abstract
The article analyzes the mechanisms for pre-trial resolution of labor disputes in the Republic of Uzbekistan, including the activities of labor disputes commissions and reconciliation procedures. The problems of their practical application and the causes of labor conflicts are considered. Based on national legislation, scientific approaches, and foreign experience, directions for improving the legal regulation of pre-trial settlement of labor disputes are proposed to increase the effectiveness of labor rights protection and reduce the burden on the judicial system.
