Abstract
This paper examines the concept of pedagogical technique and its role in a teacher’s professional activity. Pedagogical technique is considered an important factor in organizing the educational process effectively, influencing students pedagogically, and demonstrating professional mastery. The study analyzes the components of pedagogical technique related to self-regulation and the ability to influence individuals and groups. Special attention is given to facial expressions and body language, speech technique, emotional self-control, appearance, and pedagogical communication, and their impact on the teaching and learning process. The ways of mastering and improving pedagogical techniques are also discussed, emphasizing the importance of continuous self-development and professional growth of teachers in achieving pedagogical excellence.
