Abstract
This article covers the pedagogical activities of teachers, communicative skills, and mechanisms for effective influence in the educational process from a scientific and theoretical perspective. The content of pedagogical activity, professional competencies of the teacher's personality, the importance of pedagogical communication, and communicative means of influence in the development of the student's personality are analyzed. Furthermore, scientific conclusions are provided regarding the effectiveness of the teacher's communicative culture and psychological methods of influence in the modern educational environment.
