Abstract
This article extensively covers the content and essence of the concept of education, its role in social development, and its importance in ensuring personal perfection. The main types of education — moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic, labor, legal, ecological, and economic education — are analyzed individually, and their tasks in forming important social and personal qualities in an individual are revealed. The article substantiates the mutual continuity of the types of education and the necessity of their implementation in a complex manner. Furthermore, issues of organizing education based on the cooperation of family, school, and society, as well as on national and universal values, are highlighted. The current problems of the educational process in the conditions of the modern social environment, information flow, and global cultural influences are also analyzed, along with ways to overcome them. The abstract indicates the scientific and pedagogical foundations for forming patriotism, responsibility, diligence, legal consciousness, ecological culture, aesthetic taste, and a healthy lifestyle in a person through education. This article is of theoretical and practical importance for teachers, students, and specialists responsible for the educational process.
