Abstract
The necessity of self-management in the educational system primarily signifies the effective and well-developed nature of the entire educational institution's framework. This is because self-management allows for the rapid regulation of interpersonal relations in teaching, enabling the timely correction of deficiencies and creating a foundation for subsequent lessons. We can observe self-management during independent work processes, in the organization of various events, and during educational hour (mentorship) lessons. The core motivation of self-management is for students to feel independent and to become more receptive to the educational material.
