Abstract
This article analyzes the process of developing professional skills of future teachers based on key theoretical approaches. The study highlights the importance of competency-based, activity-oriented, learner-centered, and systemic approaches in the professional development of future educators. In addition, the possibilities of improving professional skills through the use of innovative and digital technologies in modern education are discussed. The article substantiates a system of pedagogical-didactic, psychological, communicative, and technological skills essential for future teachers and examines their interconnection. The research findings have practical significance for improving the professional training of future teachers in higher pedagogical education institutions.
