Abstract

This article highlights the essence, principles, and importance of the scientific organization of a teacher’s work. Organizing a teacher’s work on a scientific basis involves planning the pedagogical process, effective time management, selecting appropriate teaching and воспитание methods, and systematically managing professional activities. This approach contributes to improving teachers’ professional mastery, enhancing the quality of the educational process, and fostering students’ independent thinking, creativity, and active participation. The article also analyzes the main directions of scientific work organization, its integration with modern pedagogical technologies, and factors for increasing effectiveness.
