Abstract

This article analyzes approaches based on targeted digital technologies in language teaching from a lingvodidactic perspective. In particular, the impact of the digital environment on language learners' motivation, the formation of linguistic competencies, and the development of communicative activities is illuminated on a scientific basis. The functional capabilities and didactic advantages of mobile applications, online platforms, interactive programs, virtual and augmented reality (VR/AR) tools, and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in language teaching are deeply analyzed. At the same time, the effectiveness of using multimodal resources and the prospects for developing communicative, cognitive, and metacognitive competencies through digital technologies are revealed.
