Abstract

This article analyzes the issue of young people’s psychological readiness for marriage and its role in ensuring family stability. The study highlights the influence of premarital perceptions, socio-psychological maturity, communication culture, and cognitive knowledge of young people on the stability of family life. In addition, the causes of conflicts arising in family relationships and the factors contributing to their resolution are examined on the basis of scientific sources. Based on the views of local and foreign scholars, emotional intelligence, sense of responsibility, and the level of mutual adaptation among young people are evaluated as important indicators of marital success. According to the research findings, it is substantiated that psychologically preparing young people for family life contributes to the formation of strong families.
