Abstract
This article highlights the activities of tutors at Kokand State University, their role in working with students, their significance in today’s education system, as well as innovative proposals and initiatives aimed at further developing tutoring activities. In addition, the article provides a comprehensive analysis of the tutor’s responsibilities not only as a supervisor, but also as an advisor, motivator, and educator.
