Abstract
This article examines the pressing issues concerning the enhancement of axiological education mechanisms within higher education institutions (HEIs), emphasizing their significance as a social necessity and exploring the complex dimensions of this pedagogical challenge. In contemporary society, the process of youth's assimilation of values, the preservation and development of national-spiritual heritage, and the harmonization with global values necessitate the improvement of axiological education efficacy. The study elucidates the methodological foundations of axiological education, the effectiveness of existing mechanisms, their practical shortcomings, and potential avenues for refinement based on a scientific-theoretical analysis. Concurrently, strategies are proposed for integrating axiological education into HEIs and ensuring its alignment with the academic process, research activities, and spiritual-educational endeavors.
