Abstract
This article examines the spiritual and moral ideas presented in Yusuf Khas Hajib’s work “Qutadgu Bilig”. The study focuses on issues of human perfection, the role of knowledge and intellect in social life, principles of just governance, and moral and ethical values. Through the analysis of symbolic characters such as Kuntugdi, Aytoldi, Ogdulmish, and Ozgurmish, the philosophical and pedagogical meanings of justice, statehood, reason, and moderation are revealed. The article substantiates the significance of “Qutadgu Bilig” as an important didactic and moral source in the history of pedagogical thought.
