MECHANISMS FOR IMPROVING DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES AND E-GOVERNANCE SYSTEMS IN MAHALLA ADMINISTRATION

Abstract

This scientific article analyzes issues related to the digitalization of the mahalla system, which is considered a unique socio-political institution of Uzbekistan, the introduction of modern information technologies into management processes, and the improvement of e-government principles at the local level. The relevance of the research is determined by the role of digital platforms in ensuring transparency in the activities of citizens’ assemblies, improving the quality of public services provided to the population, and promptly resolving social problems.

The article examines the current state of mahalla administration and proposes mechanisms for implementing the “Digital Mahalla” concept. In addition, the study scientifically substantiates the possibilities of integrating databases and using elements of artificial intelligence to reduce bureaucratic barriers within the system. The research findings show that improving the electronic governance system not only strengthens social control but also significantly increases the efficiency of mahalla chairpersons and assistants to local governors. The article concludes with practical recommendations and strategic directions for accelerating the digital transformation of the mahalla institution.
