Abstract
Here, the issues of physical activity and self-confidence of university students are analyzed based on scientific and theoretical sources. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the impact of physical activity on the medical condition of students, the level of self-confidence, and ways to effectively develop this relationship by comparing scientific studies conducted by different authors. The article presents data and information from scientific literature, and sheds light on the comparative reconstruction of scientific views on the impact of regular physical activity on students' self-development, physical development, social activity, and personal development. The methodologies and production criteria used in various productions were compared. The analysis shows that in scientific research, self-confidence and well-being indicators are higher in students with high physical activity. At the same time, some studies have noted that the effectiveness of physical activity depends on the regularity, form of training, and motivation of students. The article summarizes organizational and pedagogical approaches that serve to strengthen the connection between physical activity and self-confidence, and puts forward scientific conclusions on promoting a healthy lifestyle in higher education institutions and supporting the psychological development of students. The results of this analysis serve as a theoretical basis for further improving physical education and sports activities in universities.
