Abstract
This article provides a comprehensive, scientifically grounded analysis of the interrelationship between physical activity of secondary school students and their academic achievement, while highlighting multifaceted strategies for improving this relationship. Scientific studies and meta-analyses demonstrate that regular physical exercise, particularly aerobic and cognitively demanding activities, significantly enhances students’ executive functions, attention, working memory, and cognitive flexibility.In the education system of Uzbekistan, this interrelationship can be further strengthened by increasing the effectiveness of physical education classes, extracurricular activities, family and community collaboration, as well as by introducing innovative technologies. The article covers international and national research, statistical data, biological mechanisms, and practical recommendations, emphasizing the strategic importance of physical activity in the development of education and health policies.
