Abstract
The growing complexity of international migration regulations necessitates robust technological solutions for personal document management. This paper presents the development and improvement of an automated system designed for monitoring visa validity and generating user notifications. Unlike traditional calendar-based applications, the proposed system integrates Optical Character Recognition (OCR) with an intelligent decision-making algorithm to extract data from passports and visa stickers with high precision. The research focuses on minimizing human error in tracking "duration of stay" and "validity period" distinctions. Experimental results indicate that the improved architecture significantly enhances data processing speed and alert accuracy, thereby reducing the risk of unintentional migration law violations.
