Abstract

This article analyzes the application of transformer-based sensors in detecting and monitoring displacements in electric power systems and devices. In particular, their operating principle, main advantages, and areas of practical application are discussed. In addition, methods for improving sensor efficiency, as well as modern technological solutions aimed at enhancing sensitivity and accuracy, are considered. The study substantiates the important role of these sensors in ensuring reliability and safety in electric power systems.
