Abstract
This article analyzes the legal nature of alimony obligations, the problems related to non-payment of alimony, and issues of liability based on current legislation. It also discusses the social consequences of avoiding alimony payments, legal mechanisms for protecting children's rights, and reforms carried out in this area. The importance of alimony obligations in maintaining social stability is also highlighted.
