Abstract
This article analyzes the formation and development factors of the remote work institution, its impact on labor relations, and the practical challenges related to control and liability. The study examines the legal framework of remote work, including labor law provisions, information security requirements, and issues concerning the right to privacy. Furthermore, it discusses the results-based performance evaluation model (KPI), the proportionality of monitoring mechanisms, and the specific features of employee and employer liability in remote working conditions. The article presents conclusions and recommendations aimed at strengthening the protection of information resources, implementing transparent management systems, and ensuring a balance of interests.
