Abstract
This article analyzes the importance of expanding women's participation in public administration in enhancing governance effectiveness. Ensuring gender equality within the public administration system is considered not only a means of promoting social justice and equal opportunities but also an important factor in strengthening the effectiveness, representativeness, and inclusiveness of governance decisions. The study examines women's representation in public administration, their participation in political and administrative decision-making processes, and the impact of gender diversity on the quality of governance from both theoretical and practical perspectives. The institutional and social factors hindering women's participation in public administration are also analyzed, and priority directions for addressing these barriers are substantiated. The article argues that ensuring gender equality, supporting women's leadership, and establishing gender balance in managerial positions are among the important conditions for improving the effectiveness of public administration.
