Abstract

This article examines the life, professional achievements, challenges, and legacy of Halima Kadirovna Muhitdinova, a prominent figure in Uzbekistan’s judicial history. Drawing on published institutional and historical sources, it reviews her birth in 1916, her service in justice institutions and the Supreme Court, and the significance of her work for future generations.
