Abstract

This thesis examines the role of digital technologies and innovative management in improving the economic efficiency of textile enterprises. The study analyzes how production automation, ERP and CRM systems, digital monitoring, AI-based quality control, energy and resource optimization, e-commerce, and export management influence enterprise performance. In the textile industry, economic efficiency is formed not only through increased output but also through reduced production costs, lower defect rates, higher labor productivity, faster order fulfillment, market-oriented production, and greater value added. In this regard, digital technologies are becoming an important tool for improving managerial decision-making, controlling costs, and strengthening the competitiveness of textile enterprises. The thesis proposes priority areas for increasing the economic efficiency of textile enterprises through digital and innovative management approaches.
