Abstract
This research study analyzed the modern assortment of outerwear, its structural and aesthetic characteristics, and trends in its formation in accordance with consumer demands. During the study, the role of clothing in material and spiritual culture, the pace of development of the global clothing industry, and the increasing demand for outerwear as a result of increased consumption were scientifically substantiated.
