Abstract
This article analyzes the specific problems of women in the migration process from a socio-psychological perspective. The social adaptation of female migrants, working conditions, gender inequality, psychological pressures and the consequences of family separation are covered on a scientific basis. It also shows the legal protection of women in the migration process, the social support system and ways to overcome problems.
