Abstract

This research study investigated the influence of sewing threads, needle selection, and sewing technology on the quality and performance of the product in the production of men's jackets. During the study, the dependence of the strength, elongation, durability, appearance, and performance of seams on the type of seam, thread density, sewing machine settings, thread quality, and physical and mechanical properties of the fabric was analyzed.
