Abstract
This paper examines the legal nature of the charter of commercial legal entities, its hierarchical position in relation to the foundation agreement and other internal corporate documents, as well as the system of mandatory and optional statutory requirements established under the current legislation. The study substantiates the legal significance of the charter as a constituent document that defines the legal status, governance structure, and operational framework of a commercial legal entity. Furthermore, it identifies existing legislative gaps and proposes scientifically grounded recommendations aimed at improving the legal regulation of corporate constituent documents.
