Abstract

This paper investigates the complex mechanisms of immunopathogenesis in childhood bronchial asthma. The primary focus is on the imbalance of Th1/Th2 immune responses, the role of eosinophilic inflammation, and the involvement of specific IgE antibodies. The study examines cytokine profile characteristics during different periods of the disease. The data obtained allow for a deeper understanding of BA pathophysiology and help clarify targets for targeted immunotherapy.
