Abstract
This abstract addresses the challenge of timely detection of bronchial asthma in pediatric practice. It reviews modern methods for assessing respiratory function in young children, the role of allergy testing, and predictive indices (API). The author emphasizes the need for a comprehensive approach—combining clinical history with non-invasive diagnostic methods (such as FeNO)—to prevent irreversible bronchial changes.
