Abstract
This study analyzes a methodology for improving the individual technical skills of young football players based on their functional roles and playing positions on the field. Since the movement dynamics and responsibilities of defenders, midfielders, and forwards differ significantly in modern football, the necessity of replacing universal training programs with position-oriented modern training methods is scientifically substantiated. The article highlights the potential of digital technologies and situational simulations in enhancing the individual technical and tactical performance coefficients of young athletes. Special attention is given to the development of position-specific skills, individualized training approaches, and innovative methods aimed at increasing the effectiveness of technical preparation in youth football.
