FORMATION OF EXCURSION SPEECH SKILLS IN RUSSIAN AMONG FOREIGN STUDENTS

Abstract

The thesis examines the formation of Russian-language excursion speaking skills among international students. The relevance of the topic is determined by the need to develop not only general language knowledge but also practical speaking skills required for professionally oriented communication. Particular attention is paid to thematic vocabulary, coherent speech production, description of historical and cultural sites, answering questions, and modelling situations of excursion communication. The use of communicative, practical, and interactive tasks can increase students’ speaking activity and create conditions for more confident use of Russian in practice.
