Abstract
This thesis examines the prevalence and clinical characteristics of anxiety and depressive disorders observed in patients with malignant tumors of the reproductive system during chemotherapy. Psychological stress associated with an oncological diagnosis, the duration of treatment, adverse effects of chemotherapy, and uncertainty regarding disease prognosis may significantly affect patients’ mental health. The study focuses on identifying symptoms of anxiety and depression, assessing their severity, and analyzing their relationship with clinical factors. The findings may have practical significance for the early detection of mental disorders, determining the need for psychological and psychiatric support, and improving the effectiveness of comprehensive treatment in patients with malignant tumors of the reproductive system.
