ISSUES OF IMPROVING THE ORGANIZATIONAL AND LEGAL BASES OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE STATE IDELOGICAL FUNCTION

Abstract

This thesis comprehensively analyzes issues related to improving the organizational and legal foundations for the implementation of the state's ideological function. The research focuses on studying legal mechanisms aimed at strengthening the state's ideological influence in society and forming national values and universal ideas in the minds of citizens. The work examines effective methods for forming and implementing state ideology based on existing legislation, normative legal acts, and international experience. Particular emphasis is placed on the importance of legal reforms aimed at strengthening ideas of patriotism, justice, and tolerance in the minds of youth. The role of civil society institutions, mass media, and educational institutions in fulfilling the state's ideological function is also explored. Based on the research results, specific proposals and recommendations have been developed to enhance the effectiveness of state ideological policy, which will contribute to ensuring stability and development in the country.
