Abstract
This thesis examines the principles of forming a differential system of KPI indicators for incentivizing faculty work in higher education institutions, methods for determining the weights of indicators, and approaches to assessing the economic efficiency of KPI-based payments. The study proposes groups of indicators by areas of activity, an integrated KPI calculation model, and an approach to measuring the effectiveness of incentive expenditures. It also analyzes the risks arising within the KPI system and measures to mitigate them. The thesis provides recommendations aimed at strengthening the relationship between remuneration and performance in universities.
