Abstract
This thesis presents a theoretical analysis of the methodological foundations of marketing management in educational institutions. It examines the links between learner needs, educational offerings, communication, and quality monitoring. A management model is proposed that includes needs analysis, planning, partnership development, communication, and feedback. Evaluation should consider educational quality and information reliability alongside the number of enquiries.
