Abstract
This thesis provides an in-depth analysis of the role and importance of innovative approaches to supply chain management in the modern economy. In the context of increasing competition in the global economy, enterprises are forced to organize production processes in more efficient, faster and resource-saving ways. From this point of view, innovative technologies, digitization, automation, artificial intelligence and integrated management systems are becoming an integral part of the supply chain. The thesis scientifically examines the impact of these approaches on economic efficiency, production productivity and enterprise competitiveness.
