Abstract

This article examines methods of mastering texts through creative tasks in primary school reading lessons. It analyzes effective teaching approaches that enhance students’ reading literacy, independent thinking, creativity, and communicative competence while working with texts. The article also highlights the educational value of creative activities such as role-playing, story continuation, retelling, and problem-based tasks in improving the quality of reading instruction.
