Abstract

This thesis proposes a methodology for organizing information security training courses based on a digital platform. The digital platform is considered a didactic system that integrates course content, multimedia materials, interactive assignments, tests, practical exercises, monitoring, and feedback mechanisms within a unified learning environment. NIST SP 800-50 Rev.1 recommends organizing cybersecurity and privacy education programs based on a life cycle that includes needs assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and improvement [1]. The NICE Framework enables course content to be aligned with knowledge, skills, and activities [2; 3]. Based on these principles, a methodology has been developed around the cycle of diagnosis → design → digital content → interactive activities → assessment → analysis → improvement.
