Abstract

This thesis examines the pedagogical mechanisms for individualizing students’ physical loads in the organization of physical education classes at higher education institutions. It substantiates the necessity of taking into account individual differences in students’ physical fitness, functional condition, health status, ability to perform exercises, and recovery rate. Diagnostic assessment, differential grouping, gradual determination of physical load parameters, operational monitoring, feedback, pedagogical correction, and the development of self-monitoring skills are described as the main mechanisms.
