Abstract

This article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of organizing and developing public-private partnerships in foreign countries based on the experience of France and Germany. It highlights the specific features of PPP project financing, risk allocation between the public and private sectors, the use of concession mechanisms, as well as the organization of public oversight.
