Abstract
This thesis examines the trends in the digitization of initial public offering (IPO) mechanisms in emerging capital markets and its role in increasing the activity of retail investors. The study analyzes the scientific and practical significance of financial technologies (Fintech), remote biometric identification (e-KYC), and E-IPO platforms in reducing institutional barriers. Based on the experience of Uzbekistan and foreign transition economies, scientific conclusions and practical recommendations have been developed to facilitate retail investors' access to the primary market, manage behavioral risks, and modernize the digital regulatory (RegTech) system.
