Abstract

This thesis discusses modern methodological approaches, planning stages, and organizational and pedagogical conditions for organizing physical education and sports events. The aim of the thesis is to consider defining the objectives of a sporting event, identifying participants’ needs, assessing available resources, coordinating activities, and analyzing results as a unified system. Adapting the content of an event to participants’ ages, levels of physical fitness, and individual abilities, creating favorable conditions for active participation, and ensuring safety are interpreted as key methodological requirements.

The thesis examines goal-oriented planning, the clear distribution of tasks and responsibilities, ensuring inclusive participation, and improving the organizational process through feedback. The supporting role of digital tools in registering participants, preparing event schedules, exchanging information, and recording results is discussed. It is emphasized that the selection of technologies should be based on the scale of the event, the organizers’ level of preparedness, and the participants’ ability to use them.

When evaluating the effectiveness of a sporting event, it is proposed to consider not only the number of participants and competition results, but also the level of active participation, completion of organizational tasks, accessibility, and participants’ feedback. The thesis presents modern methodology as a consistent connection between planning, implementation, monitoring, and final analysis. The approaches discussed are theoretical and methodological in nature, and the need to assess their practical effectiveness under the specific conditions of individual events is acknowledged.
