Abstract

The protection of youth rights is a priority for modern society, with the development of digital technologies creating new challenges and opportunities in this field. However, a systematic analysis of complex and innovative methods for protecting youth rights in contemporary conditions has been insufficiently studied. The aim of this study is to explore modern methods of protecting youth rights and to develop recommendations for their improvement. The research was based on a systematic literature review methodology, analyzing 14 sources from Google Scholar, Scopus, and local legal journals (2020-2023). The results indicate that strengthening state policy, active NGO participation, innovative pedagogical methods, and socio-psychological programs enhance protection effectiveness. In the digital environment, online safety, digital literacy, and digital citizenship are key mechanisms. This study contributes to improving the effectiveness of youth rights protection in modern conditions.
