Abstract
The article explores the systemic foundations of education quality management, the structure and pedagogical interpretation of the social demand for education, and the socio-pedagogical essence of education modernization. It analyzes the cultural-historical, socio-situational, and personal-individual components of social demand. The article substantiates the need to manage education quality not only through pedagogical tools but also through social partnerships among state and societal institutions.
