Abstract
This thesis analyzes the jurisdictional challenges arising in cross-border e-commerce contracts and the international legal frameworks of Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) mechanisms. A comparative study of advanced practices in the European Union, the USA, and the Asia-Pacific region is conducted. Furthermore, the research develops practical recommendations for establishing institutional mechanisms to effectively resolve digital commerce disputes in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
